Working Agree- ment (2 copies)
sir,
I have the honour to transmit herewith copy
and translation of a Note dated the 22nd Eeptember
received from the Wai Chiao Fu together with two
copies of the forking Agreement for Through Braffic
between the Chinese and British Sections of the
Canton-Fowloon Railway forming the enclosures to the
Wai Chiao Pu's Note. The agreement has been signed
at the close of the Chinese text, by His Excellency
Ku Kông-YⱭ as Minister of Railways, and sealed both
with his personal seal and the official seal of the
Ministry.
2. I should be grateful if Your xcellency would
be so good as to forward to me, duly signed for trans-
mission to the Ministry of Railways through the wai
Chiao Pa, the two copies of the Agreement which are
already in your possession.
